As part of our ongoing company growth we are currently looking to recruit the following persons who would like to join us in our continued success.
CONTRACTS MANAGER ROOFING & CLADDING
We are looking for a Contracts Manager/Supervisor with experience in metal roofing and cladding / flat roofing.
The position would suit an experienced Contracts Manger or someone looking to make the transition from fixer/supervisor to Contracts Manager with the appropriate support.
Main duties:

Maintaining health and Safety standards on site

Ensuring that work is carried out in strict accordance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

To organise plant, craneage, materials, labour and sub-contractors to meet programme requirements.

Check quality, ensuring that work conforms with specification and drawings.

Liaise with clients and agree/record variations.

Produce/assist with monthly valuations.

Co-ordinate deliveries with Main Contractor’s on-site systems.

Supervise sub-contract labour to ensure all work meets our requirements.
ROOFING AND CLADDING OPERATIVES
We are looking for 2 experienced roofing and cladding operatives to join our team. Candidates to have a good knowledge of roof and wall cladding.
We offer excellent rates of pay which will be dependant on experience, qualifications and skills.
SUB-CONTRACT LABOUR
Minimum two-man teams with suitable experience in all types of roofing and cladding.
Must have CSCS, CPSC, IPAF, Pasma etc. and suitable insurances.
