A refurbishment of an existing 4700m2 warehouse, consisting of the re-cladding and detailed interfacing between the existing building and new cladding works. We worked closely with the client and steelworker to overcome constraints with the existing concrete framed building and to develop a unique solution to enable a complete overhaul to the aesthetics and function of this once derelict building
