A new build business park in Kibworth, Leicester. Originally consisting of 6 buildings in Phase 1 in 2023, we later completed a further 4 units in Phase 2 in 2024. These buildings consisted of composite panel roofing, complete with GRP rooflights, overhanging fascia/soffit detailing and built-up wall cladding. These buildings ranged from 500m2 to 1700m2 and ran concurrently during their construction
